Who Are You?

With growing to 6 campuses and employing 120+ people on staff, keeping a consistent DNA can be tough for any organizations. Helping replicate that culture can be just as difficult. Forest Hill wanted to help combat culture drift by codifying the most important principles and making them standard issue. Rather than wrote statements of belief, they wanted it to be playful—including artwork and design to help the principles stick.

The result was the “Our Culture” DNA sketch journal, the front half containing the forward-reaching culture and the back portion being a journal for current and future staff to record notes.

The culture was built around 3 key principles:

Relational Rhythm, Intelligent Design, Savvy Stewardship.
